Always pretty funny. Prices are reasonable and the staff is kind. The birthday parties are sweet, but it's also easy to bring the kiddos for a quick hour on the weekend.

I do not recommend this place, I went with my daughter and my partner to have a pleasant time and it was the opposite, since I paid to jump with my daughter and on three occasions they stopped me so I felt that I did not pay and I saw it happen once but three times, it's too much... I don't recommend it for my Hispanic people since they are racist 🤷 🙄 😕... he is one of the ones that stopped me, at that moment my partner recorded the girl...

Great place for kids! You can book your ticket in advanced or walk in, I've not had trouble with either. The front desk is always well staffed and so is the play area. They have a kids zone, some foam pits, Olympic trampolines, silks to swing from, a ninja course and a large area of trampolines. The price is pretty good for the time and their facilities are actually very clean. My only negative is that it's time to upgrade some of the wear items on the ninja course as the vinyl is cracking and it would be nice to have some more chairs for parents to sit who may not be jumping. We've also had a birthday party there and it was a pleasant experience. Staff were friendly and attentive, pizza was...meh....but a small detail I didn't worry much about and the price was comparable to other kids party places. We come regularly and I see no reason not to!

So, at the beginning, it was rough because we were told the socks our children were wearing would be fine, then we were told that they couldn't play without flip n fly socks. We almost left, but then the manager gave us the socks for free, and the kids had a blast. Abby was awesome!

It seems to be one of the better run trampoline parks we've been to. There was actual staff around the play area to somewhat monitor the action or assist the kids on certain obstacles. They regulated the number of people at play by the hour, so even on the super busy rainy day, the play floor didn't seem overcrowded. Price wasn't bad to occupy/wear out kids when the weather doesn't cooperate. It's also located around a nice shopping area so there's plenty of other activities / food nearby.

School happened to be closed today due to potential inclement weather so the price for my toddler and her father was 4x what it would normally be on a Tuesday! ($40 vs $10) This is totally unacceptable. I understand charging full price on a school HOLIDAY/BREAK but just because school closes last minute I don’t see how a business can do this. We’ve been easily over ten times and now I don’t know if we’ll be back.

Great place to come and pay to jump, but not a great place to have a birthday party!!! We had one yesterday afternoon Dec 17th at 4:30 and we were very disappointed. The hostess was absolutely terrible she had no personality whatsoever and then the free shirt they gave us for our 7 year old ended up being a size 3t when we got home. NOT WORTH $300!!!!!!!! I won’t waste my money here again on a birthday party. Definitely like coming here to pay and jump. Don’t waste your money here for a birthday party just have it at home then come jump or have it somewhere else like Bounce or Jungle Rapids. I still can’t believe how we were treated. The place is ran by little unfriendly childish gossiping teenagers.

All the kids love this place. There is plenty to do. Everything seems clean and safe. The staff are all friendly and helpful. And it's pretty much for all ages. Love it.
